PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. GIFT CARDSCurrently, we are unable to accept LeRoux gift cards/certificates as payment for online purchases. LeRoux gift cards/certificates can be purchased and used as payment at any of our three physical locations for in-store purchases or telephone orders.
SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are based on your order amount. For orders shipped within the continental United States:

We ship your purchases via FedEx Ground and/or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
After we process your transaction, your order will be shipped within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You should expect delivery of your order 5-10 business days after shipment.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
In order to receive purchases in time for Christmas, please place your order by 12:00 midnight, Sunday, December 16, 2012. Orders received after that date will not be guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
If you are interested in having an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 207-553-7665 between 10:00am and 6:00pm ET to request a shipping quote from the website office.
SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPOs
Shipments to APO/FPOs take 4-6 weeks and are based on Parcel Post rates. If you are interested in having something shipped to an APO/FPO, please call 207-553-7665 between 10:00am and 6:00pm ET to request a shipping quote from the website office.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
We’re sorry, but we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.
DAMAGES
Please notify us of any damages within 3 business days of delivery for exchange or refund.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for merchandise exchange or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds will be made according to form of payment at time of purchase.
Refunds for gift returns will be in the form of online store credit.
We cannot accept food returns.
We cannot accept returns of sale items or special orders.
