Due to our former resident baking expert Liz's moving on to bigger and better horizons, Chef Matt will be taking over and making one of his favorites, Madeleine Cookies! Follow your nose to LeRoux's 2nd floor and you'll find samples, and of course, a recipe for these mouth watering cookies; just in time for Mother's Day. Attendance is FREE
Thursday, May 16th, 5:30-7:30 pm -- Fish 3 Ways Cooking Class
Chef Matt will show you three deliciously different preparations to add variety to your fresh catch; Salt-baked Fish, Fish en Papillote, and Poached Fish. $25 Attendance fee; reservations required
Saturday, May 25th, 1 pm -- Hot Dogs and Baked Beans Demo
Can the can! Chef Matt will show you how to make home-made baked beans, and we'll be grilling traditional Maine Red Hots for customers to enjoy. Attendance is FREE
