Cuisipro Stainless Steel Egg Poacher

There are about as many theories on how to poach an egg as there are ways to cook them, but none of them have quite the desired effect. Thankfully, we’ve discovered these little stainless steel egg poachers. They allow us to bring the water to simmer in a pan, then using the hook, slide the poacher into the simmering water. We then crack an egg into the waiting stainless cup. The holes in the poacher allow the hot water to gently circulate around the egg, while keeping the egg itself intact without all of those little feathery whites that need trimming.
