Cannellini Bean Dip Print Recipe


  • 1 Tbsp LeRoux Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 15 oz can of cannellini beans
  • 1 Tbsp LeRoux Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add 1 Tbsp water. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  2. Serve with crackers, pita chips and fresh crudite.
