Ingredients:
- 2 Bunches Tuscan Kale, shredded
- 1/3 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 oz thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples, thinly sliced
- Seeds from 1 Pomegranate
- 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- LeRoux Fig Dark Balsamic
Preparation:
- Combine kale, honey crisp apples, pomegranate seeds, prosciutto, pumpkin seeds, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle with LeRoux Fig Dark Balsamic.
