Fall Harvest Salad Print Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bunches Tuscan Kale, shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 oz thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • 2 Honey Crisp Apples, thinly sliced
  • Seeds from 1 Pomegranate
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • LeRoux Fig Dark Balsamic

Preparation:

  1. Combine kale, honey crisp apples, pomegranate seeds, prosciutto, pumpkin seeds, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle with LeRoux Fig Dark Balsamic.
