Orange Cranberry Sauce
Author's Notes: No Thanksgiving would be complete without a side of cranberry sauce. This recipe pairs excellently with our Roast Turkey with Orange and Sage. (Adapted from Once Upon a Chef).
Orange Cranberry Sauce Print Recipe
Serves 6 • Ready in 15min
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 (12 oz) Bag Fresh Cranberries
- Zest of One Orange
- Pinch Salt
- Bring orange juice, water, and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cranberries, orange zest, and salt and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil gently for about 10 minutes, until most of cranberries have burst open.
- Transfer sauce to a serving bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
