Pork Scallion Dumpling Filling Print Recipe
Makes about 32 dumplings.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 ½ cups finely diced cabbage
- ½ cup sliced scallions
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 Tbssp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ tsp Gryffon Ridge Szechuan Seasoning
- 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
- 1 egg
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until well blended.
