Pork Scallion Dumpling Filling Print Recipe

Makes about 32 dumplings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 ½ cups finely diced cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 Tbssp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp Gryffon Ridge Szechuan Seasoning
  • 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until well blended.
