Simple Pumpkin Soup Print Recipe

Serves 4 • Ready in 5min


  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. LeRoux Olive Oil
  • 1 Can Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 Tsp. Salt


  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until soft.
  2. Stir in the pure pumpkin, chicken broth, cream, and salt and cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until soup simmers.
  3. Ladle into bowls and top as desired.
