Shipping
If you’ve ordered with us before, you may notice that we’ve updated our shipping policy. We’ve held out for as long as possible, but as a locally owned small business and with the cost of shipping rising, unfortunately, it just isn’t feasible for us to offer a nationwide flat rate anymore.
We want to be clear: these rate changes are by no means about making a profit from shipping fees. Our new shipping rates are calculated directly from our actual shipping costs. We’re working hard to make sure that ordering from us stays as affordable as possible. Thank you for continuing to support us and for shopping local!

HOW WE CALCULATE SHIPPING
Our online shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination of your order and the order subtotal (the order subtotal is the cost before tax or shipping is added). Please see the tables below for shipping rates.

All Continental U.S. online orders of $175 or more ship free.
We ship your purchases via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or, under special circumstances, FedEx Ground. If you need your package to be shipped via FedEx Ground, please send us a message at customerservice@lerouxkitchen.com.
After we process your transaction, your order will be shipped within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You should expect delivery of your order 5-10 business days after shipment.
We will sometimes hold orders due to extreme weather or other extenuating circumstances. If you have any questions about the shipping status of your order, please call 207-553-7665 and ask for the Web Office. You can also reach us by email at customerservice@lerouxkitchen.com.
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPOs
Shipments to APO/FPOs take 4-6 weeks and are based on Parcel Post rates. If you are interested in having something shipped to an APO/FPO, please reach out to us by email at customerservice@lerouxkitchen.com to request a shipping quote.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
We’re sorry, but we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.
DAMAGES
Please notify us of any damages within 3 business days of delivery for exchange or refund.
MISSING PACKAGES
LeRoux Kitchen does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
