This class is so popular, it keeps selling out and we keep bringing it back! Sumptuous dumplings, both steamed and pan-fried are on the menu. In this hands-on class, attendees will learn to make the dough for dumpling wrappers along with how to wrap the delicious little parcels. The class will prepare fillings including, shiitake mushroom, and classic pork and scallion along with a soy, sesame, ginger dipping sauce. We’ll also show you how to use the same dough to roll your own scallion pancakes.
