Chef Jef Wright, raised in central Florida, is a graduate of LeCordon Bleu Culinary Academy. For many years he worked in Atlanta with chef Richard Blais and focused on molecular gastronomy. He has worked in Philadelphia and New York, working at a 2 Michelin star restaurant. He moved to Maine 8 years ago with his family, taking over Pinetree Garden Seeds in New Gloucester before being recruited as sous chef by Christian Hayes to help launch The Garrison in Yarmouth. His style is best described as heavily influenced by traditional French and Spanish cuisine with a love for upscale Southern. The class will cover an introduction and brief history of Sous Vide cooking, including equipment, technique and safety.  While the details of the class are TBD, Chef Jef will prepare flan, breast of chicken and vegetables. $65
