Cooking Class: Getting the 411 on Modern Nutrition with Cathleen DuBosky
LeRoux regulars will recognize Cathleen from her years working at LeRoux, but since leaving and getting her degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from SMCC (where she is now an instructor), Cathleen has helped patients at The Barron Center and Maine Med get a better understanding of how to improve their lives by improving their nutrition. Some topics covered will be gut health, inflammation, and how to process the ever changing news coming from the health care world to help you live a healthier more satisfying life. In addition to answering your questions, Cathleen will offer up some samples to taste, along with recipes to take home.
