For those who are new to LeRoux classes, Eva is our star bread baker, and we enthusiastically welcome her back to the class schedule. Sourdough bread has never been more popular, and Eva has been nurturing her own starter for 3 years. Eva will be giving each student their own starter in a glass jar. In this hands-on class, students will learn how to feed and care for the starter, and then learn the basics of making their own bread, including mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring and baking their own loaves. In addition to the starter, included in the price of the class are a bench scraper and a special dough whisk.
