Magefesa Carbon Steel Paella Pan
What is the dish that is aromatic, delicious, can feed a crowd inside or out and uses only one pan? Paella, though as old as the Catalonian Hills in Spain, has never been more current in kitchens and backyards here. There are as many variations as you can count using everything from duck and rabbit to artichokes and beans.
Our favorite here at LeRoux is our own rendition; a Fresh Catch Paella which takes advantage of the freshest seafood from our Northeast ocean waters, but also includes the traditional aromatic spices of smoked paprika and saffron, and gets a deliciously spicy kick with the addition of chorizo sausage.
Paella has quickly become a summer favorite cooked outside on the grill. It can be prepared for just a few, or with a large pan, you can feed a whole crew. It is the ultimate one-pan meal for a crowd!
