Nordicware Bundt Pans
Nordicware was founded in 1946 by an intrepid husband and wife team. First making traditional Scandinavian pieces like aebleskiver pans and rosette irons, the pair found success with the popularization of the Bundt pan after their pan was used in the winning recipe of a national recipe contest in 1968. Now the Bundt pan is considered to be an American Classic. Nordicware has continued to make their line of cast aluminum bakeware in Minneapolis since the beginning, and is still a family owned and operated company.
These bundts are made of die-cast aluminum for quick and even heating, with a PTFE and PFOA free non-stick lining for easy release. The unique bundt shape with the center cone means you can bake a moist batter more evenly, as the cake bakes from both the middle and the sides. Any one of these beautiful cake pans is sure to create a show-stopping centerpiece for your next family get-together. We love a simple glaze made of lemon juice and confectioners sugar for a dramatic drizzle topping.

- Hand wash only, avoid harsh scrubbers and metal utensils
- For easy release, brush the interior of the pan well with butter or shortening and dust with flour, or use a baking spray with flour in it. Avoid regular non-stick sprays as these will damage the non-stick coating
- Let the cake rest in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out
- Crown and Heritage pans have 10 cup capacity; Anniversary bundt can hold 10-15 cups
