Smoked paprika is made by traditionally smoke-drying peppers over Holm oak for a distinctive smoky aroma, flavor and intense color. This process can take up to fifteen days to complete, as each pepper is turned by hand to achieve the perfect level of dehydration. A wonderful addition to roast veggies, stews, meats, or our favorite, mixed into aioli for a smoky, creamy condiment.
