Swiss Diamond XD 11" Covered Saute Pan

Referred to as “the Rolls-Royce” of nonstick cookware by the Wall Street Journal, Swiss Diamond’s patented nonstick technology incorporates real diamond crystals into nonstick coating for maximum durability, high release properties and optimal heat transfer. Developed by a team of scientists and manufactured in Switzerland using hydroelectric green power, each piece of cookware contains up to 240,000 real, conflict-free diamond crystals. Diamonds are the hardest material known to man, and make these pans incredibly durable. They are also highly conductive (4 times more than so than copper) which allows for even heat transfer and eliminates hot spots.

Swiss Diamond’s XD line has been improved by adding 20% more diamonds to the coating, making it even more durable and long-lasting. The XD line was developed exclusively for independent retailers, with the serious cook in mind. We love the XD line because their optimum heat transfer allows us to use a medium-low heat on the stove, reducing our energy consumption. Unlike many nonstick pans, the XD nonstick saute pans are so conductive that they will sear, brown and sautee beautifully.
