Made on the Valicenti Pasta Farm in Hollis, New Hampshire, these sauces are made with ingredients grown right on sight, and what they can’t grow, Valicenti sources from friends and neighbors who adhere to their standards of organic practices.
Available in classic Red Gravy, comforting Alla Norma (full of eggplant and ricotta salata) or rich Golden Gravy (butternut squash and parm) each of these hearty sauces are delicious with fresh pasta, but can also be heated and eaten straight as soup.
These guys also make amazing fresh pasta and ravioli, which are available at farmers markets around New Hampshire.
