Fresh Catch Paella!

We sometimes like to switch things up from the normal burgers and dogs at summer cookouts with this classic Spanish rice dish. Overflowing with fresh mussels, clams and shrimp from our local waters, our Fresh Catch Paella also includes smoky chorizo sausage, chicken thighs and is redolent with the flavors of saffron and smoked paprika.

Traditionally one of our favorite classes, paella is perfect for your grill and makes a great presentation for a crowd or small dinner party. And paella isn’t just for summer on the grill, it can be enjoyed year round and is served by many families on Christmas Eve.

As part of this class we will be offering a wine tasting with an assortment of delicious Spanish and Chilean wines from Central Distributors to complement your fresh catch paella.
