Cannellini Bean Dip
Author's Notes: Our Herbes de Provence olive oil adds a bright, earthy flavor to this easy, creamy bean dip.
Cannellini Bean Dip Print Recipe
- 1 Tbsp LeRoux Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 15 oz can of cannellini beans
- 1 Tbsp LeRoux Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add 1 Tbsp water. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips and fresh crudite.
