Light, tangy and refreshing, our lemon extra virgin olive oil is produced by crushing hand picked ripe Mediterranean lemons with organic Chemlali (chem-lah-lee) olives. This process is called Agrumato. The farming and harvesting of fresh fruit is an artisanal labor of love choreographed between the lemon and olive farmers. It results in the finest and freshest fused olive oils possible. An agrumato style citrus infused olive oil should be considered a kitchen basic for a home chef.
