Fermented from the same grapes used to make champagne, pinot noir and chardonnay, this elegant and bright champagne vinegar is slightly more acidic than our balsamic, and it has a pleasantly sweet, delicate and authentic champagne flavor.

Ideal for salad dressings, finishing and brightening sauces and much more.

Pairs well with: Tuscan Herb, Basil, Lemon, Herbes de Provence and Wild Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

Tasting notes and serving suggestions: With an acidity of 6%, it adds a delightfully tart kick to vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces. Mix with our lemon olive oil to dress citrus and avocado salad, tender greens, or sauté poultry or seafood with fresh rosemary or tarragon. Use to enhance vegetables, or use to make homemade mayonnaise; simply whisk with one of our unflavored extra virgin olive oils, eggs and mustard.
